ALKALINITY, MICROBIOTA, AND THE HEALING JUICE TONIC 

To save everyone the trouble of having to go too deeply into the research of the human flora community, here's an explanation of the subject. Please feel free to research the subject if you'd like. This piece contains a recipe at the end that is all about helping to create an alkaline-rich "flora community", and reduce excess inflammation throughout the body.

INFLAMMATION:

Inflammation is a vital part of the immune system's response to injury and infections, and to signal the immune system to heal and repair damaged tissue. The human life is that of a great deal of internal environmental adaptations, and the repeated consumption of unnatural foods/food like products is the primary contributor to an acidic flora community.

When discussing the alkaline diet, it’s important to understand pH.

Put simply, pH is a measurement of how acidic or alkaline something is. The pH value ranges from 0–14: Acidic: 0.0–6.9 Neutral: 7.0 Alkaline (or basic): 7.1–14.0 Your stomach is filled with hydrochloric acid, with a pH of 2–3.5, which is highly acidic. This acidity is necessary to break down food. On the other hand, human blood is always slightly alkaline, with a pH of 7.36–7.44.

An accurate pH test can be purchased online for anywhere between $10-$150 with varying degrees of accuracy.

ALKALINITY AND ACIDITY:

The metabolic waste, or "ash" left from the burning of foods, in the stomach acid, can directly affect the acidity of alkalinity of your body.

Certain food groups are considered acidic, alkaline, or neutral:

Acidic: meat, poultry, fish, dairy, eggs, grains, alcohol

Neutral: natural fats, starches, and sugars

Alkaline: fruits, nuts, legumes, and vegetables

Inside of you are trillions of living organisms that have minds, families, communities, "wars", they rest, awaken, eat, procreate and have intricate responsibilities in the body. Where one dies, the "soil" they "stand on" becomes fruitful for more to grow. All loss still creates new, incredible possibilities, in a proverbial microbial "circle of life". They are not created by the body, but by one another, and their conditions depend on the way the body is taken care of. They fight against the overpopulation of yeast in the body, suffer when we consume poorly, adapt to our most consistent emotional attitudes, consumption, and life patterns internally and externally. Their collective consciousness is directly connected to our individual consciousness, and they can either be a dangerous contributor to our lives' cancers and dis-eases, or the most powerful aid to helping us to heal; depending on our contribution to our own symbiosis.

The flora, or microbiome, depends on whether or not we sustain an acidic or alkaline rich environment. They are not capable of fathoming the body, but they each know that they have different individual community purposes within the body. Some traverse the body and are there for that reason. The microbiome is most productive when it is in alignment with the needs of the body...and "they're so small that they would see our pores like stars in the dark sky when we close our eyes", as one young client so eloquently stated. The elimination of excess yeast in the body is one of the primary functions of the microbiome. Too much yeast can cause infections and other bodily disorders.


CELLULITIS:

Cellulitis is a common illness in the consistent maintenance of a highly acidic microbiota environment, and has often been considered "the Armageddon of the microbiota". Without treatment with an antibiotic, cellulitis can potentially be life-threatening. It is very disturbing to see, let alone endure. Consumong undercooked meats, parasitic meats, processed foods/food-like products and alcohol promotes the acidity most.

SEX AND SYMBIOSIS:

If the relationship benefits both species, the relationship is known as a symbiotic relationship. One example is the relationship between sharks and the remora fish. Remora eat scraps of sharks' prey dropped by th ed shark, and the remora feed off the parasites on the shark's skin. The two species benefit similarly, but in many less ways, to the flora community and the human body's symbiotic relationship.

The vaginal flora work to keep the vagina's pH between 4.5 and 3.5. The introduction of another person's bacterial flora affects the flora of the vaginal area creating imbalance.

The vaginal flora is heavily altered instantly whenever:

1. a woman who has not had intercourse for awhile and has recently started having unprotected sex,

2. anyone has had many unprotected partners/floral interactions has unprotected srx with a woman,

3. a woman has multiple different unprotected interactions,

4. a man has unprotected sex with another partner and introduces his newly mixed flora into a woman via unprotected sex.

SIDE NOTE ABOUT #4: when a man has done so, and she "feels like something isn't right" afterward, she is 100% in tune with the imbalance in symbiosis with her flora (YES, SHE CAN DEFINITELY TELL if he's done what he shouldn't have).

His introduction of the flora can cause the vaginal area to create an unpleasant scent. Doctors can prescribe lactobacillus treatments and prescriptions to help balance the condition. The recipe below can help detoxify the body of th ed effects of the past floral interactions.

The flora can still be shared in protected sex without prophylactic breakage.

RECIPE:

I have created a whole food electrolyte-rich, antioxidant-rich, phytochemical-rich, juicing recipe that can:

* help clean the blood

* cleanse the urinary tract and bladder, * cleanse and alleviate the kidneys(via BCAA assimilation at the mitochondrial level of the cell)

Juice together:

8 celery sticks

6 beets with their greens

1 pineapple

5 green apples

2 bushels of parsley

3 cups of spinach

4 cups of cranberries

10 asparagus spears

1/2 lb ginger

7 carrots

9-12 oz turmeric roots

4 cucumbers

1 quart of water

MAKES ABOUT TWO GALLONS

Refrigerated keeps good for up to 72 hours.

Freeze juice in cubes to add to juice to increase the length of use. Stays good frozen and covered for up to 8 days.
