Energy, energy ENERGY! It seems that energy is the new oil in America; not for cars... for us.
CAFFEINE:
Coffee, in America, is a market that is rapidly approaching $20 billion, and the average American drinks about 25oz of coffee per day. Most people don't drink that much water per day, but we pour the coffee down on a daily basis as though our bodies were originally designed to be 72% caffeine. Caffeine (100% of the attraction) is a central nervous system stimulant of the methylxanthine class. It is the world's most widely consumed psychoactive drug. It is unregulated practically around the world. Side effects of overuse (12oz or more daily) include, but are not limited to:
* Anxiety
* Insomnia
* Digestive issues
* Muscle breakdown
* Addiction
* High blood pressure
* Rapid heart rate
* Fatigue

Metabolism:
Metabolism defines the many life-sustaining chemical processes that happen within the body in response to consumed matter, and digestion is one of those processes. Digestion is the process of breaking down food by mechanical and enzymatic action in the alimentary canal into substances that can be used by the body.
The vast majority of adults suffer from slowed digestive function. It is estimated that the average American digests an average dinner meal in 16-18 hours. The body runs best when digestion is so efficient that food moves through in 10-12 hours. Many factors determine the differences between these numbers, but above all other foods, it is fresh plant matter that best serves a strong digestive function.
THE RECIPE:
Below is a recipe that I'm using this week, and it is currently the highlight of my long days of driving and training🤣😁:
JUICED:
6 Beets 2 Whole Celery Bunches 4 Apples 2 Whole Bunches of Kale 4 Pears(not 8🤣#dadjokes) 2 Lemons 4 Cucumbers
THEN ADD:
32oz Ginger Root Tea
Slice 1 lb of ginger and simmer in a pot of 40oz of water, over medium heat and loosely covered, for 25 minutes. Refrigerate until near room temperature. Then add to juice and refrigerate.
SOME BENEFITS:
Ginger tea alone helps improve digestion, relieves nausea and stomach pain, strengthens the immune system function/helps reduce colds and flu occurrences, improves blood circulation and helps reduce stress. Couple that with the electrolytes, the cleansing of the kidneys, liver, colon and blood, plus strengthening your gut flora community, and branch chain aminos for cell repair at the mitochondrial level.
STORAGE:
Once juicing is completed, store inside a tightly sealed gallon-sized container, refrigerate immediately, and drink all contents within a 72 hour period.
USE:
Drink after a glass of water first thing in the morning before drinking at least an 8oz glass of the juice to get an instant boost of energy that offers youth to the skin, hydration to the body, and powerful nutrition to the organs without adding stress;
Coffee cant do ANY of that.
Drink 1-2 hours before a workout, performance or function that requires enormous energy.
Drink with a lunch meal to gain energy throughout the rest of your day.
ENJOY!

NO PROBLEM! This is the beginning of a LOT of recipes!
Thanks kris!
