A Sweet Bite That Does The Body Right!

2 cups oats

1 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/4 cup ground flaxseeds

1/4 cup dried cranberries

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

1/4 cup of crushed almonds

20 dried apricots (quarter cut)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


Add all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and use a wooden spatula to hand stir. Add peanut butter and vanilla extract and cutting the peanut butter into the mixture until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Use your cleaned hands to pick up and mash the mixture into 2" balls.

If the mixture is too dry, add more peanut butter; too moist, more oats.


Lay on wax paper and refrigerate.


Makes 12 servings.


Perfect to curb a sweet tooth while getting Magnesium, Omega-3 fatth acids, incredible fiber, and protein. 💪🏼
