COVID CAN'T BEAT THIS DRINK THAT MAKES YOU THINK! Kiwi-lime lemonade.

Updated: Apr 30, 2020

PURE FILTERED WATER, HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, LEMON JUICE FROM CONCENTRATE, LESS THAN 0.5% OF: NATURAL FLAVORS, CITRIC ACID (PROVIDES TARTNESS), MODIFIED CORNSTARCH, GLYCEROL ESTER OF ROSIN, SODIUM BENZOATE AND POTASSIUM SORBATE AND CALCIUM DISODIUM EDTA (TO PROTECT TASTE), YELLOW #5.

Above is the ingredient list of the most sold pre-made store-bought lemonade. Each high fructose corn syrup calcium disodium EDTA, Yellow #5 and more, are all directly related to the development and agitation of many disorders and illnesses.

INGREDIENTS IN MOST SODA:

CARBONATED WATER, HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP OR ASPARTAME, PHOSPHORIC ACID, NATURAL FLAVORS, CITRIC ACID, SODIUM BENZOATE, MERCURY, BENZENE AND CAFFEINE.

Above is the ingredient list of your average top selling soda/pop. Most are all directly related to the development of, and agitation of, countless disorders, illnesses, forms of degeneration and neurological complexes.

GOOD CARBS VS BAD CARBS:

Eating refined carbohydrates is linked to drastically increased risk of many diseases, including obesity, heart disease and type 2 diabetes.

There are two main types:

Sugars: Refined and processed sugars, such as sucrose (table sugar), high fructose corn syrup and agave.

Refined grains: These are grains that have had the fibrous and nutritious parts removed. The biggest source is white flour made from refined wheat.

Practically ALL stores primarily sell juices and pop/soda that are ample in all-ingredients-bad, including refined sugars. The human brain was designed to run primarily on naturally occurring carbohydrates found in produce, legumes, seeds, whole grains and 100% whole wheat.

Replacing the regular consumption  of naturally occurring carbohydrates with refined carbohydrates and/or drastically reducing natural carbohydrate intake, has proven to create and promote countless physiological, neurological and neuromuscular illnesses, diseases and concerns. In a nutshell: your body composition is designed to need natural carbohydrates. The natural compounds found in foods that possess naturally occurring carbohydrates have proven to aid in balancing blood sugar and blood pressure, and help prevent countless illnesses.

WATER:

OF COURSE water is the #1 option for hydration. The body demands water. The organs of the body, and their million-plus responsibilities, are in need of approximately half of the bodyweight in ounces of water daily in order to run optimally. What defines the word "optimal" in organ health? All organs are soft, moist tissue. The water provides proper nutritional absorption, eliminates toxins, helps all defenses to appropriately strengthen the body, help balance blood sugar and pressure, supports muscular elasticity, bone health, sight, muscle development, digestion, balance hormones, improve sleep, helps prevent macular degeneration,  helps provide healthy cellular regeneration, and much more.

Drinking pop/soda instead of, or more than, water can promote the opposite of all benefits mentioned above. If you are experiencing significant health issues, and are an avid soda/pop drinker, there's a good chance that you don't need more medication; just more water and less chemicals.

The point behind my method is to reduce the consumption of man-made chemicals, and heavily processed foods, while intentionally developing the body and mind with a properly hydrated routine.

Seeing as though COVID-19 has scared us all into the fear of inadequate immune system functionality, I thought I'd start with a naturally high vitamin C beverage that can be used to battle the sweet tooth, strengthen the immune system response,  and offer natural carbohydrates for energy and mental clarity.
