Replenish electrolytes, cleanse all digestive organs, and improve blood nutrition quality with this easy juicing recipe:
4 Beets

A Celery Bunch

6 Asparagus Spears

3 Cucumbers

6 Carrots

3 Green Apples

Add 32oz of water, cover tightly and refrigerate immediately.
Good for 72 hours refrigerated, 5 days if frozen.



You could dump it all. I suggest juicing the veggies first, and storing the pulp of the veggies separately, to be simmered for 20 minutes in a good amount of water, then strained and create vegetable broth.😁
What do you do with the pulp from the fruits and veggies juiced?
