Balance the PH, support and develop the floral community, strengthen the immune system, fight cancers, detoxify the liver, kidneys and blood, help balance blood sugar and blood pressure, as well as help support mental health!
JUICE TOGETHER:
1 cucumber
3 large beets and greens
2 quartered apples
2 skinned oranges
1 cup parsley
4 celery sticks
2 cups cranberries
1 pint raspberries
4 cups spinach
1 head of romaine lettuce
10 asparagus spears
4 dandelion green leaves
2 whole lemons
10 turmeric roots
Add water to make it reach one gallon.
Keep tightly covered, sealed and refrigerated.
Drink within 48 hours of juicing unless freezing(7 days).
Great frozen as ice cubes and blended into daily smoothies with 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, 6 strawberries, 1-1.5 C of fresh spinach, 1/2 banana and 1 cup of oat milk as a preworkout or just to change your health situation for the better!
