DRINK TO YOUR HEALTH!
This is a recipe that I've intentionally put together to really help change some lives. In it are only 13 very profound ingredients, and there are 6 simple steps... Well, 7 if you include cleaning.
Each ingredient in this recipe is packed with immune system strengthening tools, and I could go on all day on each ingredient, so I decided to give a quick breakdown of just 4 of the ingredients on why this drink is so profound:
1. Curcumin alone may be a more effective anti-inflammatory treatment than common inflammation-fighting medications such as ibuprofen and acetaminophen, and without the long-term side effects.

2. Gingerol extract has some of the most powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.

3. Parsley's phytochemical profile has been proven to promote digestion, nutrient absorption, nerve stimulation and reduce cancerous effects of consuming fried foods if consumed afterward.

4. In one ounce of chia seeds contains: Protein: 6 grams. Fat: 9 grams (5 of which are omega-3s). Calcium: 18% of the RDI(Recommended Daily Intake) Manganese: 30% of the RDI. Magnesium: 30% of the RDI. Phosphorus: 27% of the RDI.
Zinc, vitamin B3 (niacin), potassium, vitamin B1 (thiamine) and vitamin B2 (riboflavin).
Almost ALL of the carbohydrate in chia seeds are fiber. This gives them the ability to absorb 10–12 times their weight in water. Fiber also has various beneficial effects on health.
Chia seeds are 40% fiber by weight, making them one of the best sources of fiber in the world.

CLEAN YOUR VEGETABLES!
Fill your sink with cold water and 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar. Add all produce that will be juiced in their entirety(if peeling is needed, do not soak). Do not cut vegetables until after soaking. Soak produce for 10-15 minutes. Drain water and rinse thoroughly with cold water.
INGREDIENTS:
1 Whole Large Celery Bunch(Ends Cut)
2 Romaine Lettuce Heads
2C Blueberries
3 Cucumbers
3 Carrots
3 Bunches of Parsley
3 Green Apples (Quartered
4 Beets (Quartered)
4 Lemons (Quartered)
1/2 lb Ginger Roots (Sliced 1/2" Thick)
8 Turmeric Roots (Halved)
8C Water
Later:
1 tablespoon of chia seeds per 8oz
Tools needed:
1. Pot, with lid, for boiling
2. Two gallon-sized Pitchers

Directions: 1. Bring 8 cups of water to boil, add ginger and turmeric roots. Cover tightly, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 25 minutes. 2. Juice all produce, pouring into pitcher. 3. Strain the ginger roots from the tea, saving the tea in it's own pitcher. Juice those roots as well. 4. Refrigerate tea. Tightly seal and refrigerate juice. 5. When tea has cooled enough, approximately 30 minutes, pour the juice into the tea, and vice versa, repeatedly until you believe it is mixed evenly. 6. For each 8oz of juice add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds. Either seal the mixture in a tightly sealed container and shake for a couple of minutes, or stir for 2 minutes. 24oz jars can be used with 3 tablespoons of chia seeds and shaken well for at least 2 minutes.
