The Tao of Hydration

When we are born we are fully hydrated. As we age, if we are not hydrated daily, blood thickens and the heart is forced to pump harder, organs dry, and the brain struggles to meet it's million times a million responsibilities.
Dehydration has been directly connected to:
* Alzheimer's Disease
* Back Pain and Chronic Back Pain
* Rheumatoid Arthritis
* Many Cancers
* Memory Loss
* Depression
* Insomnia
* Low Energy/Lethargy
* Headaches and Migraines
* Constipation and digestive diseases
* Macular Degeneration
* Erectile Dysfunction
Dehydration is classified as the body's condition when fluid is lost without replenishment. Water is the body's opportunity to filter it's filters without forcing much work on your organs, promoting all bodily functions, including nutrition absorption, muscle development and bone density.
CONSIDER: How difficult is exercise for dried/dehydrated lungs and hardened/dehydrated muscles?
It is understood that drinking jalf of one's bodyweight in ounces of water, daily, is the minimum required to meet all bodily needs for optimal health. The kidneys cannot process more than one liter (32oz-ish) of water per hour.
KEY: Hydration is the key to strengthen the immune system to reduce and eliminate foreign virii and bacterium that threatens to promote dis-ease in the body.
HYDRATION TIP:
I have 5 hydration hours per day to meet my hydration number. Each hour I drink up to a liter of water. Between those hours are my meals. The practice has created great results.
The word "hangry" is defined as: bad-tempered or irritable as a result of hunger. How much then do you think dehydration affects the mind? It creates tension in the body and mind. Irritability is frequently a side-effect of dehydration. Chronic dehydration promotes chemical imbalances in the brain and body that equal, if not exceed, that of the low blood sugar response due to "hangry"-ism.
Water is peace to the body.
Water is wealth to the body.
Water is a NECESSITY to the body.
So cut the soda/pop, discover your hydration/oz number and create your own way!
