PINEAPPLE for the trace mineral manganese(energy production, antioxidant defenses) and bromelain(protein digesting, reduce inflammation). APPLES for ellagic acid (removes toxins from the body and protects against free radicals) and quercetin(helps treat and reduce the occurrence of diabetes, cataracts, hay fever, peptic ulcers, schizophrenia, inflammation, asthma, gout, viral infections, chronic fatigue syndrome and chronic infections of the prostate) and are consistently associated with reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, asthma and type 2 diabetes. BEETS for folic acid (helps the body to produce and maintain new cells, and helps prevent changes to DNA that may lead to cancer) and betacyanin (liver, kidney and blood health). Beets increase the nutritional density of the blood, increasing aerobic and anaerobic sustainability. LEMONS for vitamin C(immune system function support). ASPARAGUS for anti-inflammatory properties that are used for the treatment of arthritis and rheumatism, and inhibitors of the COX-2 enzyme (a producer of inflammatory compounds). TURMERIC for its mighty phytochemical content (primarily curcumin and carotenoids) and it's anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, immune system boosting abilities. SPINACH for vitamin k, carotenoids, vitamin c, folic acid, manganese, magnesium, iron, B1, B2, B6 and E. STORAGE:

Once juicing is completed, store inside a tightly sealed gallon-sized container, refrigerate immediately, and drink all contents within a 72 hour period.


USE:

Drink after a glass of water first thing in the morning before drinking at least an 8oz glass of the juice to get an instant boost of energy that offers youth to the skin, hydration to the body, and powerful nutrition to the organs without adding stress;
