Some time ago I'd read a book called "Super Genes" by Deepak Chopra, M.D. and Rudolph E. Tanzi, PH.D. Having spent a life like everyone else, believing in the norm, that we are subject to our genetics, and not the other way around(to some degree). A great deal of laws of existence and often socio-emotional and countless existential understandings are almost completely invalidated, if not, in need of complete restructuring. If we each were to take the time to learn of the connection between this study(Epigenetics), and the study of the human floral community's response to consistent human behavior, we discover just how deeply the words, "Self Care" should mean to us all.


10 KEYS TO START WITH:


1. Drink lots of water.

2. Meditate.

3. Exercise the body.

4. Eat fresh.

5. Eat local.

6. Eat whole foods.

7. Exercise the mind.

8. Stretch muscles.

9. Use less chemicals.

10. Breathe Deeply.
